About Me

My name is Daniel Ivana Mbatha from Nairobi, Kenya, born in 1999. I was born in a family of 7 and am the first born. My father died in 2002 when I was still a kid and mum died in 2008 because of HIV AIDS. I went through the Kenyan education system and dropped out of form 4. I enrolled in a local masonry polytechnic to pursue a certificate course in capentry where I graduated in 2012.

My Business

I began making furniture after graduating and selling to clients on order. However the business collapsed in 2018 due to lack of clients. I moved back to my rural home in Kitui and worked with a local carpenter and raised some capital that enabled me to come back to Nairobi and reopen my business. I currently do very basic items like stools and chairs but would love to expand into making chairs and tables since I do get orders for such. I am seeking for a loan that will help me buy extra tools that will enable me expand and meet the clients needs

Loan Proposal

I currently produce only stools and small arm chairs and would love to expand by producing sofa sets and tables, this I will achieve by buying new working tools. I humbly request for a loan to enable me purchase these items and expand my business

Income Source

I have at least 3 orders per week and currently have pending orders dating as far as January so I am well cushioned for the next 6 months regarding orders and repayment
