I was born as the 1st born in family of 6 siblings. growing up as the 1st born was not an easy thing due to the expectation from everybody wanting you to be the role model of the other siblings and being their leader. i under wet through the 8-4-4 education system of education here in Kenya and after completion of my Diploma course in electronics i decided to venture into self employment. and that's how i started my business some two years ago. this was possible a s result of the encouragement from my boss by then and the ambition which was created in me from my child hood which propelled to learn on how on how to be independent, i started a small mobile phone repair workshop. this workshop has really helped me to come this far. from the small saving i managed from being an employee plus the encouragement from my boss that i will make it out their i managed to open a mobile phone repair workshop. this was a dream come through from the ambition of wanting to be my own boss. the place where business operates is conducive since i mostly deal with hardware repairs. the business has seen support myself and my family.
My Business
My mobile phone repair business is a business i started some two years ago, the business deals with mostly the hardware maintenance of the mobile phones. the business does earpieces, mouthpieces replacement, motherboard replacement, LCD replacement and Flex cable replacement. This services are of high demand due to the environment which my clients operate in. Most of my clients work in the industrial background which is a major contributor to the faults which there mobile phones are facing. The main costs which y business incurs include; paying rent, electricity bill, buying of repair equipments and the general maintenance of the machinery that i use in may daily endeavors. the profits or losses generated from the business i use the support my family economically socially and education wise, i also use the money to expand the business and also for my personal growth.

if i acquire a loan i will be able to buy a mobile phone unlocking phone, this will help to unlock the mobile phones of my customers hence see me to expand my business and see myself venturing into the software part of the mobile phone business. this service is of high demand due to the factor most of my clients require privacy and end up locking there phones and they eventually end forgetting the unlock codes the desire to upgrade their phones from the urge of the on going development of technology. This services will see my business make profit from 5% to 15%. the profits generated will help me to improve and expand my business, support my family and my well being as well.
