Most of my life, I have lived in the country side where I studied through my primary, junior high and secondary education in a small town called Shama Ahanta. After my secondary education, I moved to the City for my university education. I enrolled for a degree in pharmacy but i couldn't get job because of embargo on employment in Ghana so decide to venture into self employment to open a pharmacy shop as I work towards being an entrepreneur through the help of God and my family. I really love cooking, listening to music as well as dancing along. I also enjoy spending time with little children, friends and family. So far, business has been good but it can be better.Through the help of zidisha, I believe that I'll be able to meet most if not all of my customers needs.
My business is selling of drugs in pharmacy shop.
Sales of medicine at a pharmacy shop is important to me because some people when they go to hospital and could not get all the medicines there, they will come to pharmacy shop to buy them or even doctors could prescribe a drug for a patient to buy from drug store or pharmacy shop.
The prices of medicines differ by company you will buy from, some are a bit cheaper others are expensive or even more expensive, so i combine them, i buy from every company in other for me to meet all customers needs because some customers can afford to buy expensive ones, others cannot so they will buy the cheaper ones.
The profit is invested back into the business.
First of all, i thank all the lenders and zidisha team for the loan you gave me, it really helped grow my business, though it was small money but half a loaf is better than nothing.
I once again seek your help to offer me a loan to purchase drugs for hepatitis 'B' and liver protect drugs into my shop as the disease is now common here in Shama Ahanta.
Once again, i say thank you.
