About Me

i am Joseph mwangi and i was brought up in dry area,in fact we were forced by circumstance to shift from our home to search for more secure area.this made me not to be in school although my younger brother and sisters continued with their education.my parent educated them with alot of difficulties since the were farmers and the climatic condition was not suitable for cultivation.also we had some cows and goats which after i drop school i used to graze them this actually proved to me that in future i would start a cattle project.i real targeted in that and i finally made it.i am now a married man with 4 kids, one boy and three girls.

My Business

farming business does not only enable me to put food on the table but also its profitable to me.my wife cultivates potatoes and cabbages and then sells in the trading center here Nakuru town.actually the business earns almost 40,000 profit.from the daily farming i sells 35 liters of milk every day to my neighbors.the challenges that am facing is that i am spending a lot in transport.if i get any financial assistance from zidisha i will buy a motorcycle so as to reduce transportation coast also i want to add quality grades cattle so that i supply more milk and i will have full fill my dreams.

Loan Proposal

hey zidisha team,i want to thank you so much. With the money that you are going to loan me am planning to by a motorcycle to that i can be able to transport milk to my neighbors on time so that my customers can be satisfied because transport has been a problem to me.i will pay this loan in time so that you can fund me again so that i can expand more and also i can market my milk to other people.thank you so much and may God bless you so much for the good work you are doing by helping us to grow and expand our business.

dear lenders, am so grateful to all of you for your patience. i have been late in my loan repayment this time. my two cow is now in low production, but i hope this is due to heavy cold which has come due to climatically condition in our country. i hope to repay my loan in September , since i will be much settled during this time.also am still going on with my farming which helps me in raising up my family members. am so thankful to zidisha.

dear lenders, am doing well in my dairy farming, also am growing a lot of vegetables which is very free from any chemicals. my dream is to make my repayments as quick as possible before even one year period, so that i can be lended at least much more money which can assist me in my farming business.am selling the milk to most of the people who own hotels around nakuru. its my great hope that i will continue with my business as usual without any problem. my young kids are still schooling without any problem. thanks so much all my lenders.

It's great that you are working hard, growing food and raising a family. I encourage you to produce the highest quality vegetables and milk. Keep it natural, the way God made it. Keep it free of chemicals and processing. :-)

In my country, we have much food. However, it is too processed. It is not good for my people. I hope Kenya does not become like my country.
