hi my dear zidisha partners,my names are dorothy onkoba,third born in a family of four,i stay at nakuru in a place called olive inn near pcea church.i ventured in entrepreneurship because business is the way to go in our country owing to fewer jobs,the desire i vave in it and the knowledge in microfinance.
i sell cereals in small quantities to my clients who are from the immediate estates.the demand of my goods is high because,cereals are part of daily diets wich must be consumed.my customers prefer my business because of the good quality of my products i sell to them,timely delivery even for those who ask for door to door services.the business is profitable because my products move at a high rate,always in demand hence continuous inflow of money and increase of profits.risks are there in every business.i have managed this through careful sourcing of my products from my trusted suppliers.
averagely,i make sales of ksh50,000 in a month,my salary and other expenses of 30,000.
this leaves me with savings of ksh20,000.from this,i will be able to repay the loan with ease as i need it to help me obtain more stock hence more profits.
