About Me

my name is evans sang. i was brought up in a family of four boys and one girl, i went to a primary school called cheptenye . after my primary i joined cheptenye boys high school , am a protestant by religion, i have three younger brothers who are still learning. my parents are casual farmers and they do farming on our farm which is five acres, our main cash crops around here are tea, maize ( corns) and sugar cane, though currently dairy farming , poultry farming and horticulture are gaining popularity. Has for now its farm preparation ready for planting when the rainy seasons starts in late this month or early next month.

My Business

farming is practice i grew up seeing my parents doing and i a times helped them whenever i got time after school, and as earlier on described horticulture is gaining popularity and i have opted for it because it takes little space which our farm can accommodate because my parents left little space after planting tea. I have been in this business since i left school two years ago. In the last harvesting season on my little potion of land which had planted potatoes they did not do well due to persistent rain we had towards the end of last year. I have now decided to change and plant tomatoes because they are short term harvests . I have already prepared the farm and appeal for support in buying the seeds, fertilizer and pesticides.

Loan Proposal

if i will get funded i will use the money to buy seeds which will cost me around two thousand shillings that's around twenty three US dollars, i will further use the remainder of the money to buy fertilizer which will cost me four thousand shillings, that's around fourty five US dollars and the other two thousands shillings which is around twenty three US dollars i will buy pesticides, i hope and trust that i will get the support and i promise to honour the agreement.
