Hello,
Thank you all, those who were able to fund my loan. I am only shocked that out of 9,134Ksh or 94USD that I applied for, I have been send 934Ksh equivalent to approximately 9USD. Despite the attempt to explain that I am in need and 934Ksh will not assist, the disbursement team has gone on and deducted the 8,200Ksh without my consent.

It will be a great challenge servicing a loan that I have not received. I only received 934Ksh, approximately 9 USD yet expected to service 9,600Ksh. I may not be able to pay this at this time as I am struggling to fund my project.

I will still write to the team once, if they do not heed to my request, I will opt out of Zidisha in good faith. It is now more expensive than a locally acquired loan. Sorry for sharing this, I know it can be confusing, but I had to share so that I may be advised.

  Hello Elphas,
  It is not so much that you did not get the loan, rather it is that until now you had not made your contribution to the Members Loan Fund. I believe this has been introduced since your last loan.
  
  I understand you are able to cancel the loan if you wish.... If this is the case, send a message to [email protected], telling them you wish to cancel the loan.... They will give you details of how to return the funds (US$9).

Thank you. I am happy for great service I received from zidisha. I will be more organized and repay the next loan I will get in record time. To all my lenders, I did delay a bit but sincerely it wasn't my fault. I am sorry. My horticulture project is up again, I will post the photos and I am certain you will like it. Maybe just to note that, the current project is not related to the one I borrowed a loan for. I became busy with my thesis last year and somehow my project almost went down. I restarted a fresh at the beginning of the year and now happy for the success. God bless you.

I wish to thank all my lenders for my first project that was funded by Zidisha.I am grateful to all of you.It was a nice experience getting a loan online from people you don't know neither do they know me but were willing to help.I learned a lesson in this great and humbling experience.I will embrace this and one time when I will have my cash enough to make a sacrifice,I will participate in this philanthropic act.I am still repaying the previous loan with a hope of finishing soon and consider another loan,To the Zidisha team,you mean a lot to many going through financial challenges.You are great.Wish all borrowers and lenders success in their endeavors.

I wish to pass my gratitude to lenders who funded my project.At the moment the only thing that is likely to give me an income in two weeks time is a harvest from potatoes. I will likely plan to get back to farm again after that but this time it will involve a detailed plan.This first project has been generally successful. I am motivated by the results of very little effort at a time when I couldn't travel to the rural where the project is, so frequently because I was constrained by my financial status.
I appreciate the weather that has been favorable and promise myself that this is just a beginning.
I am currently jobless just managing one estate that I managed to get as a client to the real estate management business.I will sell the potatoes and probably by 20th next month (July) begin an M-Pesa business to increase my monthly income.Thanks

I have opted to reduce my loan for this time because of the financial challenges I am facing.My contract at my previous place of work ended and has not been renewed yet.The last salary also delayed and again I am working on small school projects that have exhausted my savings.Please I will be able to resume my payment schedule of Ksh500 as soon as I stabilize financially of which I am certain it won't be long.
