About Me
I'm Oluwaseun who runs a hotel business in Ilorin, kwara state.Nigeria.I am a single man still in the late twenties. I stay in Ilorin and finished my degree and masters in Nigeria. I decided to take up a hotel business of my father since he can't handle it well due to his illness. I get paid from the business as salary and I also have a share in the profit. I have have about 4 staff under me also. I have a passion for hospitality business that's why I'm trying to take the hotel to another level.
My Business
A 19 room hotel business with a mini hall and bar. I want it to upgrade the hotel to be more equipped I have 10 rooms already in use. The remaining 9 rooms are not yet complete, it remains painting, fittings,furniture's and accessories. The bar is also not up to standard. Just waiting for capital to buy more refrigerator.
Loan Proposal
Like I did in the previous loan, I have eight more rooms to complete in the hotel. I will use the loan to complete another room. I have rooms that I am using for the hotel business that's where I get the repayment from pending when the remaining 9 rooms will be completed. With the loan, I should be able to buy cement,tiles and pay workmanship for the work to be carried out. I will screed the room, and complete the tiles in the bathroom and the room itself.
