Hotel and catering involves preparation of food and selling them to the customers. We prepare Chapati, Mandazi and tea apart from main food menu such as Ugali, Kales and Meat. The customers involve transport industry and nearby shops and households who patronize the hotel to get something to eat. My weekly turnover is Ksh 10,000 and gross margin of Ksh 4,000

They are very many challenges that we face as small hotels businesses in Eldama ravine. One of them is the covid19 pandemic which really affected us since most people decided to go home and cook for themselves. As normalcy comes back we look forward to get more clients.
