I am the last born in a family of 3 siblings.Having been raised by a single mother.I am hardworking, self motivated. I started school in Kilimo primary school in Nakuru then later joined Bridge Water High School in Nakuru county for my O-levels. I joined Inorero University in Nairobi and did a Diploma in Journalism and Mass Communication after which i started working in KBC (a local TV Station) as an Editor.During my free time, I enjoy visiting the farm in my village, making friends, reading, travelling and watching national geographic.Other than that, I also aspire to be a great business woman one day.
I currently run a Chicken farming business here in Kenya which has not been doing well because of funds. There are growing fast food restaurants in Kenyan Counties where I supply Chicken meat. My customers are mainly hotels and fast food restaurants that I supply the chicken meat . I also have walk in clients in the community who prefer to get the meat on their own. At the moment, I am targeting to be a main supplier of 3 star hotels as I have created an extensive network that will enable me to supply them with the same. This has been through repeated clients and referrals.
I have currently employed 1 person to manage my business. There is growing demand of the Chicken meat in Kenya hence my need to expand my business. I’d like to be the most preferred Chicken meat supplier not only in Kenya but in East Africa. Apart from that, I seek to create more jobs for the youths .lenders, please make my dreams come true
Thanks for this great opportunity. I will use the loan to buy chicken feed and put up better lighting and better their houses. I will also use part of the money in adding some more chicken and getting some professional advise from people who deal with the same. I will also concentrate on getting some orders from hotels and restaurants
