About Me

my names are Elizabeth Wachira aged 34 years and business woman in the world of cooking.
I have a small cafe where i bake weeding, birthday and retail cakes for my clients who normally give orders depending on the occasions.
I also sell fruit juice, tea and porrage to construction workers nearby and also to students from YMCA school.I decided to start this business to supplement my family income and to earn extra shilling for my saving. After earning an income, i normally purchase my baking materials and other utensils.

My Business

I own a small cafe where i normally supply birthday cakes, weeding cakes, ordinary small cakes for ordinary customers depending on the demand of the day. I also supply fruit juice, soda and water to the passersby customers, students and construction workers. i decided to start the business after realizing the demand for cakes in our area and since there were few supplies in my area i decided to give my clients my best.The business is profitable because it has been able to pay my rent, expenses and school fees for my kids. It has also enabled me ti hire one lady who assists me in the running the business. The risk behind the business is that sometimes am not able to meet the demands of the clients due to lack of enough money for buying the required materials.My customers prefers my business because they can count on fresh products, affordability,quality and door to door delivery.
on a good month, Total sales for the month normally lies between Ksh.48,000- ksh.50,000 where by after the expenses am able to earn a profit of Ksh.10,000 which can help me meet other needs other than business expenses.I will use your loan to boost my business by buying
big jua kali ovens and other utensils and use part of profit earned to repay the loan you will offer. I believe that with your help i will be able to realize my dream of becoming a bigger supplier of cakes and fruit juice.

Loan Proposal

I am going to use the loan in purchasing baking ovens and jikos ,baking materials such as floor, cooking oil in larger quantities to enable me attain the large demand of my clients. With this loan , i will be able to produce more and also earn more in return. This will help me boost my business by employing another one employee who will be delivering my products to customers and other retail sellers. The profit i will earn will definitely help me repay your loan, my expenses, wages for my employee and also increase my business.
