am kariithi stephen waweru 26years old a Kenyan citizen by birth born in Kirinyaga county in central province, studied at all saints Kianyaga academy then went to st pauls kevote high school and undertook my undergraduate degree at busoga university uganda. am a civil servant at kenya industrial estates as a human resource and admin officer. i have always had a spirit of being a successful entrepreneur that's why i invested in a small barbers shop that a determined to see it grow to a big investment for a better living with my family , create jobs to the jobless youths and more so joining the zidisha micro finance as a lender not only a borrower

My Business

my barber shop is located in kianyaga own where i serve approximate 20 to 30 people per day being a barber shop the income is average but i dnt focus on the profits because i set a fixed account for 12 months to ensure that i audit my business annually however i comfortably support the business through my salary with at least KSH15,000 per month inclusive of rent ksh 7,000 electricity ksh 1,000 and a wage of ksh 6,000 although time to time i get challenges which come as a result of salary allocation when the demands of the business go higher than the allocation set for my business.

Loan Proposal

i have budgeted the loan to relocate my barbers shop to a bigger room and purchase a extra new shaving machine to meet a wider rage of customers demand ,,,however this will not only grow my business but also make me a mentor to my siblings considering that i started the business in a very small wooden room with only one machine and almost every one saw it being a failure but now i can totally see light at the end of the tunnel after i accomplish this target
