About Me

As the firstborn in a family of 8 siblings with a single parent, I worked as a cyber attendant and volunteered to learn key computer skills after completing my form four education in 2007. From there, I started my own cyber cafe and expanded it to offer various services such as video coverage, photography, managing a play station, and making radio advertisements and promos. Thanks to being sponsored by Kenya Community Media Network to a training on content delivery to the community, I have developed skills in radio drama composition and video shooting on contemporary issues. Today, I am proud to be the owner of two companies - Factual Vivid Films, a film production company, and Mitovictor Photography, a photography company.

My Business

I have two registered businesses that are closely related but offer distinctive services. The first one is called Factual Vivid Film, and we produce films and documentaries that highlight subject matters that affect people in society and bring them to the limelight. Our productions have significant human impact because we believe in telling stories that matter. We cover a variety of subject matters such as social vices, environmental issues, and human rights, among others. The second business is called Mito Victor Photography, and we offer professional photography services to individuals and corporate organizations. Our services include event photography, portrait photography, landscape photography, and product photography, among others. We help our customers create lasting memories and promote their brands through impactful visuals.

Loan Proposal

i intend to purchase a power generator to help me in my daily business for power boost, this is because many of times i spend without power hence i loose a lot of customers my power is not dependable, so i am very sure now if i get a portable generator it can help me a big deal in many areas such as,video shooting in lighting the stage and powering the equipments, in photography in case of an event i can carry my own equipments(photo-printer etc) and use it at the location to help me produce instant photos to clients. Also in internet it can power my computers whenever there is a power black out as it is most of the times. And lastly i can use it on mobilization and marketing of my products(local VCDs &DVDs)which i produce in roadshows by the use of a public address system.

I regret rescheduling my payments, this is due to unforeseen circumstances that I couldn't handle. My absence from the job made me loose many bookings and having hospital bills to clear made me broke, but I am glad I have three bookings for wedding this coming month of August.
I am hopeful that I will clear the balance on time and improve my credit score.

Please accept my instalment change. I have encountered an emergency This week on Monday my child was diagnosed with severe malaria. He is currently admitted at the Kenyatta national hospital and he is under medication. Me and my wife are taking turns caring for him. This has made my work output almost to zero since my studio is closed.

    Dear Zidisha,
I want to express my deepest gratitude to Monica Kimani, Reuben Ndungu, Annisa Febrinda, and the entire Zidisha family for making my photography business dream a reality with the loan. The portable Speedlight will transform my work, granting me the freedom to take outdoor jobs and increase my profits. Thank you!

    Sincerely,
    Mito Victor.

Hi,everyone it's my pleasure having you around,so far I have been doing good with the work and part time classes.Qatar is good and the job is doing me great now I am capable of adding more equipments that I need for my business.
In Gulf region, people are usually offered a two year contract,so the probability of me coming back to Kenya is after two years.so by around 24th Dec 2015 I should be in kenya, and make arrangements on how to proceed with my business.
Otherwise I am still thankful for your continued support and am looking foward for many more to come.

Hi Victor, thank you for your commitment to pay back the loan. How are you doing in Dubai? Do you mainly work or also go to classes? Are you still panning to return to Kenya by the end of the year? Best wishes!

hi,to you all my cherished sponsor's,I have been doing well regardless of the silence and I was planning to complete outstanding loan by 5th of march,I have had bit of hiccup here and there that won't allow me to pay in time.though I shall clear it all by that date and look forward your continued support.I have tried to navigate the zidisha website but it has been quiet hard for me to identify the loan repayment update page.thou I would have updated my repayment schedule earlier.

what are you doing with your business then ? If you sell it, you ought to be able to repay the whole loan. If you are not selling it, I would expect you to repay according to orginal schedule starting today 10 november.

I regret to change my repayment schedule this is because i am working on the appropriate way to repay my dues, since i may not be in Kenya by the end of this year.I shall try to see if a bank account can be applicable.
This is because i have been, lucky enough to be sponsored by the Regency group of companies to study and work in the United Arab Emirates Dubai, The Regency Group’s participation in and support of education and manpower development, social welfare and charity is administered through non-profit Charitable Trusts, utilizing the funds allocated from the Group Business, to carry out specific activities in an attempt to meet education, manpower development programs and social welfare needs to uplift the poor and the needy through various initiatives.
I shall be more that happy if we can come into a flexible way of clearing my dues.
