About Me

my name is mwanajuma kassim born in chumani village in kilifi county .i live in matsajeni area in chumani, being born in a family of 5 and am the third born i ventured in bussines immediately after form 4 the year 2011. i schooled at chumani primary school and later joined roka secondary school until 2011.i took over the bussiness from my mum to ensure that our family get their daily meal.. mainly deal with grocery which is mostly vegitables and dry fish.i use the earnings in purchasing food for our family, improve on the stock and save a fraction to enable me join collage later.

My Business

in my bussiness i deal with grocery items live vegitables cerials anddry fish.i serve in a highly competitive market but the products are in high demand due to the high population in the town. i have my customers who might even decide to give me money in advance so that i can buy the products for them in a later date.the business is profitable coz most of the goods are fast moving and of high profit.the only risk is when the goods go bad before sale. monthly sales 17000/= expenses 8000/= profit 9000/=

Loan Proposal

i will useksh. 5000/= of the loan granted to improve on the stock of vegetables as it picked during the last time i took my first loan from zidisha.secondly i will use ksh 5000/= to bring the dry fish from lamu as i had retired from selling them because it was the rain season and most people had turned to using vegetable as their relish, but now its a dry spell and dry fish is the thing to depend for many people as their relish. thirdly i will use ksh. 6000/= to introduce retail shop things like a bundle of maize flour, match boxes ,bar soaps ,washing powders , which most mothers in my locality do use and they have requested me to introduce them as they get them from a distance from the village. Then i will use ksh.20000/= to buy vegetable stock to facilitate my supply tend of vegetable to the imara primary and boarding school . Iwill use ksh2000/= to facilitate the transport of the products to my shop and to the imara school for a duration of two weeks. the remaining amount will be kept for small expenses that will arise in the business transactions. please assist me to manage to supply the vegetables so as to retain the tender .thanks in advance
