About Me

My Names are Grace Mwituria am married to James Mwituria we are blessed with three children Emmah Mwitur8ia, Joseph Mwituria and Leonard Mwituria (28,25,20 years respectively) I was born in Bahati District Kanyoni sub location Nakuru County in the year 1978 i am the second born in a family of eight. I started schooling in early 80's in Bahati Primary School from class one to Five later transferred to Kipipili Primary school in Nyeri county where i completed my Primary Education. i was admitted to st Claires Girls secondary School in Nakuru County where i completed my Secondary Education. I then Progressed with my education and joined Rift Valley Institute of Business Studies where i was studying Business Management that was in the year 1998.

My Business

I started working in the year 2000 where i was employed as an agent by PEKA agencies This helped me have my own clients that whom encouraged me to start my own business. in the year 2001 i opened my owned business and it was successful. now i have more clients in my office i progressed and started other business like buying and selling houses, renting houses, cars, auctioning properties. i earns like Seventy thousand per month and i invests 30% of the money in that business. In my business i usually face alot of challenges like in case of post election violence people migrates from the affected areas and move to safe ones therefore the farms which we had bought on those areas depreciates this results to loss, also competitors where they charge their clients at low price and also alot of people have moved in and started their own business. I am glad because i have my own techniques to deal with all these challenges like offering security to our property and also offering them after sales services like being their guarantor. I am planning to use the money which you will lend to me to and add my savings and buy a plot and a farm all in the name of expanding my business actually i have got bigger plans for the next two years i am planning to getting bigger loans and employ more people lately i have employed 30 employees vision 2014 employing 60.

Loan Proposal

I take this opportunity to thank Zidisha for giving me this opportunity to expand my business am sure that by the end of next month my business will not be the same because i am planning to utilize even a shilling on benefit of my business. i am planning to buy a a big land and divide it into plots nd sell them. buying an acre is about ksh 500,000 and if i divide into plots i will sell at ksh 600,000 i will have made ksh 100,000 in a period of 1month 2 weeks this will help me in my business. thanks for your generosity

    Dear my lenders.
This is to propose that i reschedule my loan payment for this month until October 2013 due to some circumstances that are beyond my control. It happened that we were evicted from the premise where i have been operating my business from thus causing delay in our clients payment. The owner of the building was authorized by the municipal council to renovate the building but unfortunately did not give us a notice period. We just woke up one morning i.e. last week to find the building demolished. We lost property worth a lot of money but we are hoping to recover with time. I trust God that i will be able to pay my loan even before the proposed grace period. Thank you my lenders and God bless you all.

    To my Lenders,
Hallo, I apologize for the delay in sending my repayment for the Loan, I have just sent Ksh 800. I had travelled and did not have access to Mpesa nor internet thus the delay in sending and that is why i have sent at this hour but am greatful I have done it at last. I was anxious and I did know what to do my silent prayer has worked magic. I take responsibility for the delay and I want to promise that am wiser now after the anxious moments I have had through the day. Hope you understand, may God bless you and bless the works of your hands.
    love to you all.
    Yours faithfully

I want to start by apologizing for my delay to write and appreciate you for lending to me. It is an honour and I don't want to take it for granted. the reason why I took this long is because I was not feeling well but right now by the mercies of God am back and working now. let me say that the loan has helped me grow I am not where I was a Month ago and that is why my Prayer to you is, may the Almighty God who blesses in secret bless you mightly until the blessed say you are blessed.
