    Hi Samuel,
I wish you, your family and your business all the best for 2015. I noticed you stopped repayments quite some time ago. Can we expect the remaining installments soon? Thanks!

    Greetings Lenders,
Its now about 4 months since my loan was disbursed, i had not gotten time to communicate to you because i have been busy going on well with my endeavors. I was also not feeling well during month of July and also traveled to my rural country side.
Am writing to you today to tell you all is well with my business and my whole family as well. As you have seen i committed my self fully to repaying my loan on time because i don't want to disappoint. Promise.
    GOD BLESS.

I want to take this opportunity to thank the entire Zidisha team for the loan that you had lended me as it had helped in improving my business very much.
I also thank you for the support and advice that you had given me all through the repayment period which real motivated me.
The money i collect each day from the boda boda business has really changed my life for the better.
I have made the final payment today and real fill happy about it and i hope to take another one to advance my success.
this will even enhance and make the future payments easier as i will be having multiple choices of collecting funds.
This loan had become a real revelation to my family as it had transformed it a lot including my children learning with ease as the school fees has not been a great burden as it used to be initially. My wife got real excited about it and told me to express her sincere appreciation to the whole lending team.
Thanks all once again and receive much greetings from my entire family and may God bless you to continue transforming lives the way you are doing.

    GOD BLESS!
    .

    Hello lenders,
Am sorry i was not able to pay my monthly installments of DEC. in time because my brother passed so i had many financial obligations to meet.
Then Jan. i was taking my children back to school but i promise to remit by next month the whole balance because my business is good now that we had peaceful elections and every thing is back to normal.
GOD BLESS YOU for your continued support.

Hello, my name is Andrew Weber and I am a Zidisha Kenya Client Relationship Manager. I am currently visiting Zidisha borrowers in and around Nairobi.

Recently I visited Zidisha borrower and motorbike taxi driver Samuel Kimani at his place of work in the Ongata Rongai village on outskirts of Nairobi. I met him standing next to his motorbike outstide of Kware Station, a bustling, chaotic area which serves both as a market and the last stop on the bus route from Nairobi. For the last 20 years, Samuel has been a familiar, trust-worthy face in this busy station, reliably shuttling local residents around the area. He proudly told me how the town’s residents not only trust him to transport them throughout the village, but also to take care of such personal matters as transporting money to the bank for them.

After receiving his recently Zidisha loan, he weighed various options for how to use the money to expand his business and improve his life. Ultimately, he did what women around the world love to see and listened to the advice of his wife, who wanted to him to buy a new motorbike for his business. So amongst the handful of motorbike drivers that I witnessed around the station, it was Samuel who now possessed the newest and most modern motorbike.

Samuel says business has improved since he purchased his newer and more reliable bike. Maintenance costs will be lower, and Samuel will have an easier time supporting his wife and three children. With the new bike purchased through his Zidisha loan, Samuel’s business should continue to prosper and his family’s life should continue to improve.
