I am a single mother of one daughter. who has cleared university first degree.I have a diploma in marketing and currently selling properties on behalf(agent).Nairobi area,With an income of at-least 50000 per month which i have been educating my daughter and my upkeep.
My Business
I a m a property agent selling of plots and houses on behalf of the owners at a commission.There is high demand for plots and houses since improved mortgages and credit facilities in the Kenyan market. the business is profitable because i get a commission of 5% per every sales i make. the risk is when the country has political instabilities and election periods like we are going to election next year.My monthly costs are advertising about kshs 20000 where i usually do transaction of 1m which give a commission of 50000 which i count as my profit.
Loan Proposal
I want to start a green house in a plot adjacent to where is stay to grow vegetables like tomatoes kale's and onions.The loan i have asked for will assist in constructing an average size green house and planting and chemicals the total cost of the whole package is 100000 where i have some more saving which will help in constructing the green house.
