About Me

my name is umazi kenga kilumo. am amother of single parents. i have no husband and i live with my children. i have four children three are boys and one she is a girl. the firs born he is a boy and his name is called Timothy. the second born is called Japhet he is fourteen years old. the third one she is a girl and her name is Joyce. the fourth one is called John and he is three and a half years..the three are all in cshool only the last born he is not yet started school.my occupation is business. i own a local restaurant here in mtwapa mikanjuni. my education background if class seven of Kenya primary school this means i did not proceed on with education due to the family financial status. and therefore i had to do business so as to meet my daily needs and even afford to pay my school fees for my children. since am single parents and having children i had to all the best and find means on how i will be able to cutter for my family and since i started this business i had manged to keep my family well and in a good living standard where am able to feed my family and mange to pay house rent.

My Business

my business is a local restaurant here in mtwapa in mikanjuni village. the goods that am selling chapati beans fried potatoes fried meat spinach, pilau rice ugali, fish papa birian and may more. because my place of where i sell my foods is very clean i maintain this. and all my foods that i cook they are delicious foods.my customers prefer coming and eat from my restaurant because apart from my foods being delicious i also my prices is very reasonable and because of this that why my customers do like coming and buy from me every now and then.this business is profitable because i just buy this types of goods at a wholesale price which is a fair and cheap. so when i took this goods into my restaurant to cook and sell them am getting more double than the buying price so due of this income out of this it is profitable. the risk of this business is during and when there is less customers on that day and i have cooked many foods and people are not coming on that day then this brings a loss for that day. my typical monthly cost is ksh 15,000. and my monthly sales revenues that i collect from my business is ksh 35,000. so through this revenue collection am getting a monthly profit of ksh 30,000 monthly which am sure when i get t5his loan from zidisha i will plans myself well so that i can pay be repaying this loan on time. also this loan will make me expand my business that will increase my daily earnings.
