About Me

my names are Rachel Nekesa Mangeni.I am married and i have one child who is only 5months old.
I live in a village called kapkiamo which is about 1km from kakawa.its a well known place as its a big trading center where there is kapkiamo secondary school and kapkiamo primary school.
I normally live in my shop as its time consuming and i operate mostly at my shop unless its only on Sunday that i normally rested.
my shop is located at kapkiamo center,when you reach kapkiamo.you ask for the the secondary school which unites with the primary.
i am then located on the right side of the school gate and it found in plot no 033 and its room no 02.
My shop is normally boutique as well as i sell cloths and shoes.i purchase things like bracelets,necklaces,cutex,underwear's cloths and shoes.
for the earnings i manage my family and the rest i return to the business as we have already purchased a peace of land through the business.

My Business

my husband works at the ministry of agriculture and we assist each other for the family to progress.Generally my husband and i both have got an income hence the loan will be repaid without any constrain.
My customers came from the village and outside the village as well as the secondary school called Kapkiamo which is a mixed secondary.
I purchase things like bracelets,necklaces,cutex,underwear's cloths and shoes.These goods i sell at a good profits and has enabled us to improve economically and also family in large.
daily i make sells from KSH.2,500-3,500 WHICH AVERAGES AROUND KSH.60,000.
I ope and trust that Zidisha micro finance will make my dreams came through.

Loan Proposal

I will use 40% to buy the first goods explained,these is because the schools are now open and i am the only seller serving over 600students of Kapkiamo secondary school.I will also use 20% to add more shoes and slippers.
The last 40% will be used to add the working capital i have just acquired from safaricom and serving the whole of kapkiamo.
