My Business

This is a profitable business we sign a contract with landlords for their houses to rent them to tenants and give us ten percent of the total collection of the house. We also supply building material like sand, coral blocks etc. and get profit nets between ten percent and fifteen percent. Our customer prefer our business because of the low rates or percentage we give to the customers, our monthly costs sales revenue profit comes between Ksh 20-25 thousand shillings after paying the office rent.We want to double the capital cash to enhence the business.

Loan Proposal

    Dear lenders,

Great news! David resumed his loan repayments this past week. He now has a better idea of the payments he can make in a more consistent manner to catch up with his past dues. He wrote to inform us he's been having trouble rescheduling his loan after trying a couple times. I have verified his account to ensure the Reschedule Loan link is working properly and provided further instructions on how to reschedule. I've also pointed out where exactly he can find the Reschedule Loan link. We hope this will help him in modifying his repayment schedule shortly.
Thank you for supporting our Kenyan entrepreneurs!

    Sincerely,

Thank you so much for the loan advanced to me which came by surprise in my telephone M-pesa. While i was away from my country.I returned to my country on Saturday and today i am going to purchase and supply building materials. e.g sand 20,000/= Coral Blocks 50,000/= the payment will be done on every Friday. This has boosted me and my clients are happy for the first time to supply there order without asking them a deposit. This has encourage them to give me more work as they are saying i am becoming a serious supplier May God Almighty bless my lenders in a big way i will regularly inform you every progress in my business and pay my installments according to my payments schedule.
