    Dear Lenders,

my name is Roberta Zenere and I am a Kenya Country Liaison Intern at Zidisha. Within this role, I am coordinating the Zidisha's MPESA team, responsible for processing loan repayments and disbursements.

We have posted just today a loan repayment for 4,370 KES that Ms Kihia sent on January, 02. The reason for this delay is that the payment was sent though a different MPESA number from the one registered in Ms Kihia's loan profile and we managed to retrieve it while reviewing all our accounts.

Ms Kihia's, we wish you all the best with your business!

Lenders, if you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact us.

    Best regards,

    Roberta
