About Me

I am the last born in the family of six,am married and blessed with three children two Daughters and one son, After i completed secondary level l education i joined other people in the field of business as i was unable to proceed with higher learning due to lack of finance, apart from supporting my family with the money i earn from the my business i have purchased a truck which i use to transport my luggage from the interior(villages) to my store which is located at rongai centre, i have also managed to buy plot and build some rentals which gives my good returns and lastly its through this money that am able to raise school fees for my children

My Business

I operate a Cereal store which is located in Rongai centre at a house Known as Salama Building, it is near the caltex petrol station and its well known as stemwa cereal stores, i buy and sell Maize,Rice, Wheat, green grams,Sorghum and millet some of these cereals are from my local area but others i have to travel as far as Mwea Tebere to get them, many people prefer buying from my store as i sell at an affordable price and in small quantities which suits every one on the other side may farmers prefer to me their products as i purchase at a reasonable price compared to other buyers, the greatest challenge that i face is poor roads thus am unable to transport my purchase and avail it to my customers on time on the other hand at some times i find myself in financial when my constraints when my debtors fail to pay me promptly though i incur a lot of expense when traveling to bring the cereal i feel i make a reasonable profit and this is reflected in what i have done with the profit

Loan Proposal

I will use 50% of the loan to purchase wheat the reason is because we are approaching the months where there is alot of celebrations and during this events people take alot of chapatis and maandazi which comes from wheat,30% will be used to buy rice and green grams as the go hand in hand with chapati though the have substitutes the rest I will use to buy maize and beans as harvesting period is on and people sell them to clear their debts, thanks and God bless you all
