I started a cafeteria back in the year 2012 owing to the good history my father had on hotel venture. Since my childhood, I have known it as one of the lucrative business which is also easy to start. I currently have two employees one on casual basis and the other one on permanent terms. The business premises is also located in manyani. I work at an average pro fit of KES800 per day. My business has been doing well since I started it . The business premises measures 4*6 meters. This allows me to handle 10 sitting clients at a time. The excess oftenly sit outside. My major recipe are:, chapatis, been stew,Githeri and beef stew in small quantities. Our customers originates from the construction sites around which are continousely cropping an indication that the business may just turn better. I currently have two employees. One on permanent basis and the other one on casual terms. My average monthly turn over is KES 130000 and an average monthly profit of KES 24000.There are several risks involve in the business but the major ones include perishability of some products i.e. milk, weather changes which impacts on preferences. I envisage to service the loan from the business savings. In the event that the business cannot support itself and service the loan, I will commit my monthly earnings to servicing the loan. I currently plough back my profit into th e business. However, ¼ of th e profit goes to my daily usage.

Loan Proposal

I will use KES 3000 to put an extension room outside the current one in order to allow me to handle more customers comfortably. This will enhance increased sales per day. I will use KES 2000 to buy more chairs to furnish the extended room. I will put the remaining KES 2000 on stock. The purchases will include those of common recipe such as been stew, githeri and chapatis among others.

    Dear zidisha and Lenders

I would like to update you regarding the case of JOB WAITHAKA/ROBERT OPIYO,

    Today
I was able to catch up with the case again and I was able to settle the
case and Robert Opiyo has refunded the money but he didn’t send using
the number that he used to get the money with but the funds were sent to
my mpesa line now the Money is with me, I wanted to know How I can send
this money to settle his loan that already has been recovered. The sum
of Ksh9200 was sent to my number in the presence of the police at the
police custody, I therefore asking the zidisha to give me the direction
on how these funds will reach you. I want to know if I can send to
zidisha using my Mpesa line or which method will I use that the funds
will get to settle those loans Robert Opiyo took in the name of Job
    Waithaka.

    I
also want to inform you that Robert is not in the police custody now
since he was able to repay the loan. I also advice you zidisha to
completely close that account as well as the other one that Robert owns
in his name once he finishes paying the loan, I hope this will be taken
seriously and I hope that we will be able to trace other fraudsters.

    May
God bless you all for your support, and also I would like to thank all
the lenders for their patience regarding this issue, I hope now the
lenders who helped the job waithaka account will now smile. God bless
you all. It is well Now.
