Am job , i come from a family of two brothers.Am running a stationary business here in Nakuru town.I live in an Estate called Race Course , near Pangani. Am in full time business . Doing what I like most. Am a University graduate having specialized in Bachelor of Commerce.
After my University education , i thought i would get a job but it did not work , hence i got involved into small time business. Things did not work well , hence got some money form my dad and it become the initial capital of my current business.
Most of my profits i inject them back into the business. Though , i have used some of it to purchase household goods.
I run a personal business in Nakuru town. The profits i get , will be used to repay the loan.
I specialize in stationary , selling at retail and some time at whole sale, though rarely.Nakuru town has become an educational place. There are many tertiary and higher level institutions which use stationary to carry out their functions.
My business location favours me so much since am stationed near four major institutions of higher learning.
My prices and my good customer relationship has helped me a lot to relation well with the customers.
The business has been giving me good profits , hence i will use it to repay my loan.
My monthly revenue is about KES 25,000 after i have paid all my monthly bills.
i will use the amount given to add on my savings and buy more stationary increase my stock this will help me attracts and retain my customers since none will miss an item from my shop I would also try and improve the look of my shop to look attractive since it current state isn’t that appealing I have been operating my shop with two machines , in most times it has been very difficult as i have been overwhelmed by the customers demands. But with this loan i will be able to have an extra machine. A fast computer machine is currently what i ne i will use the loan to add one machines in the shop , namely one fast computer CPU, since i have one unused TFT . Which will approximately cost me KES? 7,000. The machine will add value in my shop since it will increase the number of customers. In the past i have been using two machines which sometime am unable to serve my customers well. Thanks to the loan i will be able to serve them well. the machine i will purchase , i will go for a faster one , so that i can accomplish the customers demands fast. With customers satisfaction i know i will get more customers and eventually i will expand my business.
