About Me

I was born in 1961 in Rongai division Nakuru county. I joined primary education in 1969 to 1976 when I completed primary level in Gogar primary school. I joined secondary school in 1977 at Rongai Boys secondary school to 1980. 1981 to 1984 I was at home helping my parents. In 1985 I was employed by National cereals and produce board as subonnet staff to 1995 when I went for early retirement. I got married in 1989 and we are blessed with 13 children 4boys and 9 girls. I live in Kandutura farm near Waka center plot no. 174

My Business

After early retirement I bought a Bicycle and joined boda-boda sector transporting people from Waka center Rongai till 2008 when I was given a loan by my group and I add what I had saved and managed to buy a motor .-bike which I am using up to date. The work has giving me and my family what we really need daily .The risk to my business ,is when there is a lot of rain .Most of the people in our area don’t like motor-bike during rain season ,They also like to be transported by old men like me .Theft also one of the major problem we have in our area, for we cannot stay for a month without one or two cases related .More-ever in a month I manage to save about K.E.S.7,000 which I use to pay my loan sometimes and pay school fees for my children. I do practice farming whereby I rented a Shamba ,In the land I used to plant Maize and Beans as well .I n a year ,I used to harvest more than 20 bags of maize and 6 bags of beans .The crops are helpful to me for I do not struggle to look for food to my family.

Loan Proposal

I will use the amount to buy two Tyre worth K.E.S.3,000 each.K.E.S.2,000 wil be used to buy two tube.The amount will be helpful to me because my bike will be at standard.There will be no any excuse to any customers.The bike will work for more than four months without demanding and i will be able to save a mount.
