About Me

I was born in a family of six being the fourth born.I have three brothers and two sisters,all my parents are still alive. My family and I are situated in a village called Chumani in Roka location in Kilifi county. Its along Mombasa Malindi highway. Currently iam under taking my undergraduate degree in bachelors of science being a third year. I started my business after completion of my "O" level the year 2008.This was to ensure that i was not idle as i awaited to join university.The earnings of the business is majorly my source of pocket money while at campus,though i use a certain percentage to p lough back in the business.

My Business

The name of my business is Chinzapa enterprises.it situated at Dzitsoni in Chonyi Division in Kilifi County along Mavueni Kaloleni Road.The business entirely deals with phone accessories. the mainly kind of goods dealt with a:phone batteries,covers and some spare parts. most people from the region prefer buying from my shop because it`s the nearest. the quality of goods and services provided by my solely employee is the key attraction of the customers.there is no much competition as the business enjoys monopoly in the region.the business is profitable as much of a goods dealt are relatively low wholesale priced. there is no much risk as the goods dealt with durable and long lasting. monthly sales Kshs 30,000 monthly expenses Kshs 12,000. profit kshs18,000.

Loan Proposal

i will use the loan awarded from zidisha to expand the floor area of my business,because its much congested.This will done through renting the adjacent door to the existing business.The approximated amount for the same is 10%of the loan applied for.Then 40% of the same will be used to increase the available stock,i.e phone batteries,covers andsome spares used by phone repair specialists.The remaning 50% will be used to purchase acomputer to introduce computing services like printing, typesetting and photocopying.This is because the area is having no such services and people have been asking of the services.this is one way of identifying a viablle business idea.
