My m'pesa business is a service business, people send and receive money anywhere in quick and convenient way hence save time, and traveling inconveniences.

My Business

I have an m'pesa shop, and a retail shop here in mtwapa.I've been in this business for the last one year. In my retail shop i sell goods like food stuff, like maize flour, wheat flour, milk, cooking oil, all etc. in my m'pesa shop i provide money transfer services. people send and receive money quickly and conveniently hence saving time, bus fair and traveling inconveniences. My business being a 24 hour business,my customers are able to transfer and receive money anytime.they are in need.My customers prefer my business because of the services at hand. My challenges are, the minimum float i have of ksh 30,000, cant serve as many as preferred, some times customers cant be served because of less of float. The business is profitable due to higher demand of money transfer and banking. many employer send their salaries to their employees through m'pesa. Its a good business because in a good month i get an income of ksh.25,000after all expenses i use ksh10,000 to the church, ksh.2,000 is used for food. So i spend ksh 13,000 per month.with this i can pay my loan.

Loan Proposal

I will use the loan given to boost my m-pesa float, which will enable me to serve more customers than before which will make build up my customers' faith and also make the business expand as it is expected to make more profit. The loan will also enable the businesss to much more busy than before. Also, the loan will enable the business to meet its expenditures at a better way than before(struggling will be reduced to a ceturn percentage).
