About Me

My name is Kaingu Luganje Mlanda,maried with one child who is now schooling;still in lower primary.I live in Marikano village,Marikano sub-location in Jilore-mafungoni location in Malindi division,Malindi district,Kilifi county.I'm' Boda-boda'businessman.I'm a class eight leaver in Marikano primary school.I started this business basically to earn a living and to educate my children.I purchase various items from the earnings of my business such as oil,petrol,tires,chains,side-mirriors,indicators,battery,tubes,clutch-cables,brakes etc.I also buy medicine for my child,pay for transport,pay for school fees and food.Hope to buy many motorbikes for hire in our locality for that I improve my income.

My Business

My business is Boda-boda.It provides taking people from one place to another with their belongings by using a motorbike.There is high demand of this business mainly because currently in our area it is the only quickiestt means of transport which can also move in rough and bushy pathways which matatus can not penetrate through.My customers prefer to my business because I'm hardworking and faithful cyclist not minding time and seasons.The business is profitable because;for instance motorbike service can cost me ksh:1300/= for three months and can produce ksh:35000/= a month.Risks that face my business are insecurity and bad weather.My typical cost is ksh:35000/= and my monthly expenditure is ksh:20000/= and my profit is ksh:15000/= and with this can repay Zidisha comfortably.

Loan Proposal

I will use the loan in buying new coach,new shocks,oil and general wiring so as to improve its efficiency and in so doing more customers will come or be attracted to my motorbike/business so will fetch much money hence improve my total income.Another thing that will use the money in general service;will take the motorbike for check-up so that it become condition once again.
