About Me

My name is Ruth Mnyazi Baya, yet married and I live in a family of ten people.I live in Mkaomoto sub-location,Ganda location,Malindi Division in Malindi District within Kilifi county.I work in Mtwapa town as a hotel as hotel cashier.I'm a form four leaver.I just finished my form four in year 2011.I started this business so that I earn a living and to improve my life.I purchase the following items from the earning of my business:maize, beans, onions, tomatoes, carrots, maize flour, wheat flour etc. Also buy clothes for my parents, brothers and sisters, food etc.Its my sincere hope that if I'm Zidisha loan me I will increase the stuffs or the commodities to improve my income.

My Business

My business is restaurant. It provides the selling of ready made foods in a special house known as cafeteria. There is high demand of these goods in that my area is growing fast and lots of activities are going on and people are busy, therefore there is no time wasted customers flock for these goods as they are ready. My customers prefer to my business because are neatly and promptly served. It is profitable in that goods bought for ksh:15000/= can give ksh45000/=,risks that face my business are lack of water supply and proper permanent toilet for sanitation. My typical monthly income is Ksh:39000/= and my monthly expenditure is ksh:21000/= and my profit is ksh:18000/= of which I can repay Zidisha loan without any problem.

Loan Proposal

I will use the loan in buying some tea cups;currently my cafeteria suffers shortage of tea-cups which as a result hinders hotel operations as customers have to wait for another in srevice which is not good.Secondly will buy some spoons to make sure there is no shortage of cutlary equipments in my business. Finally will increase the sugar stock in my cafeteria to make sure that I don't run-out of sugar especially during sugar scarcity/when sugar is not found in the market.
