ABOUT ME
My names are Dancan Ijaa Idewa from Kengatunyi sub-location, Kocholya sub-location,Amagoro division,Teso Noth District-Busia county. Iwas born in 1976 and attended Kengatunyi Primary School and later joined Kolanya High School in the year 1993. After school I have practiced peasant farming which has enabled me to train in hairdressing. From the same farming, I also managed to save some money which I later used to set up a salon business to date.The business is sustaining my family and other farming activities ie horticulture farming. I have an intention of expanding the business to meet the large clientele base needed and this will enable me increase my business earnings.

ABOUT MY BUSINESS
I set up my salon business in December 2012 in Amagoro town along Uganda road. The same has been doing fairly well and I felt the need to source for more funds which i intend to use for the expansion of my business. The business has given me a lot of experience which I believe I can employ even in a bigger venture. I intend to increase the stock and open one more additional salon because of the ever increasing clientele base. The same has been growing fairly well despite the business challenges

Loan Proposal

I will use the loan to buy a blow drier. Blow drying is vital in a salon business. Currently I only have one dryer. An additional drier will enable me to cope with the growing customers. I will be able to wash and dry multiple clients thus be able to cater for a large number of customers. Currently with one dryer I am experiencing challenges because customers wait for a long time for their turn. Zidisha loan will be timely bearing in mind that with the growing customers I have been able to hire an additional help. The extra employee will be able to cater for the clients without being idle due to lack of the equipment.
However I am optimistic that my business will continue to grow and with zidisha lenders support I am able to achieve my business ambitions and growth.

Loan not repaid, repayments always late. Of the $65 I originally uploaded to my account, I now have $1 left - so many defaulters just pay off 15-20% of their loan and then disappear! It's really sad that now other people are missing out on loans because of this problem.

because of financial constraints i have had of recent ,i have decided to re-schedule my loan repayment to 500 KES monthly . Payable on weekly basis on installment of KES 125 . I thank you very much for your understanding and i promise to regularize my loan repayment until completion for us to continue with further business. Please make regular updates to me in case of any changes regarding the zidisha organization.

I wish to reschedule my loan repayment installments to Kes 1000 because i have had a rough time in business. i am trying to have new client boost at my saloon. several saloons had opened at the street io am working in thus they cut down on my business clients. i am comfortable to pay kes 1000 right now. thank you.

Dear Lenders
I would like to apologize for the inconvenience I have caused for not paying my Zidisha loan, it is an oversight on my part because i had thought i had rescheduled my loan and I have not been on phone for the last one and half months and only learnt of it after being contacted by friends who guaranteed me. Am very much sorry for what happened and I wish to pledge my commitment to repay the loan without any further inconveniences. Thank you very much.
