About Me

I am married and a mother of four children whereby two are in primary and the other two are in secondary school. I have also two orphans who I do take care of them as their parents died in the year 2007 as a result of the post election violence, and are in class one and they are very bright girls.I live at Mnarani the first corner before the mosque. My business is selling vegetables around Mnarani stage and it is doing fine.I started this business because I saw a ready market whereby primary school students did not have many kiosks to take break fast or lunch in the area.I have been able to make more than Five hundred shillings a day.

My Business

I sell vegetables around Mnarani stage, and chapaties whereby my great customers are the Mnarani Primary students who most of them took lunch at my food kiosk.I have permanent customers who are the primary teachers who buy vegetables from my kiosk every evening after school.Customers prefer my kiosk as it is well set and I sell fresh vegetables just straight from the market, other than the rest who sell vegetables that might have taken long or expire.I have been able of making more than five hundred shillings a day as net profit from my business.

Loan Proposal

I will use this loan to advertise my business as I will go into the schools nearby and ask for tenders as I will be confident in buying commodities and sell them in large quantities. I will also add stock to foods I go round and sell them as customers are becoming to many. I will also built a semi permanent structures or shades so that my customers will have places to take their foods.

Dear Lenders, my name is Bayle and I am a Country Liaison Intern with Zidisha.

I wanted to take a moment and update you on Ms. Nakhayo's situation. She has had a recent death in the family, and her mother is sick. This has made it difficult for her to make payments. Business has also been down for her lately due to these troubles. She has confirmed her commitment to pay her loan and will make a payment or reschedule soon.

Dear Ms. Nakhayo, our thoughts are with you during these tough times and we wish you and your family the best!
