About Me

My name is James Ngugi Wanjiku. I stay in Naivasha Disctrict and mithin the Naivasha Municipality in Nakuru county. I am married and blessed with one daughter ( Laureen Wanjiku) whos is two months old . I was born in Nakuru town on 13th of June 1988 I went to Flamingo Primary school and later Fr. Genesio Memorial Academy for my secondary education both located in Nakuru county. Later I joined Osons Business Studies for a Diploma on Information Technology , graduating in 2008. I have been working in Jalmark Solutions where am the Proprietor in Naivasha around the county of Nakuru. I have since settled within Naivasha Municipality where we, with my Wife ( Virginia Nyambura) who holds a Diploma in Agri Farm Management , have bought a piece of land ( LR No. naivasha Mwishiringiri Block 1/ 228) and we are exercising dairy farming and green house farming n tomatoes ...

My Business

The firm offers such services as the internet access, Printing, photocopying, lamination of documents, Passport photo's, logo designing computer services. I have 9 modern computers and two printers. There is also a lamination machine and a copier machine. Monthly income is approximately Ksh 60,000 and total expenditures are about 30,000 leaving me with approximate figure of Ksh 30,000. The risk involved in this business is offering the same services with the competitors. i intend to buy modernized computers and
have have some additional offers for more client to be interested working with Jalmark solutions ..

The firm intends to buy/ invest on a big laser printer that can do a the following ... finest quality in book printing, brochure printing, calendar printing, presentation folders, posters, and all other printed materials. According to Copy cat the place where the company has been given a proforma invoice regarding with our requisition the laser printer was costing around Kshs 290,000

Loan Proposal

I wish to take a loan to boost my business of cyber cafe' that offers internet access, Printing, Photocopying, Lamination of documents, Passport photo's, Logo designing and Computer services, I will use Ksh 20000 to add one more computer for my business, and Ksh 20000 will be invested to a Plastic ID card printer.. This will help me to provide more products for my customers and increase my sales and services by 30 - 40 percent which will enable me to pay my loan back as agreed without delay.
