My name is Mrs Cathrine Karimi Muratha. I am married . I also have kids. I am therefore a wife , and a mother too. My place of residence is called Kiptangwanyi. This is a village located within a distance of 40 KM from the biggest town of Nakuru county, that is Nakuru town. On efforts to offer aid to my husband on upkeep of our family, I decided to think of a money-earning activity. Due to the big population of this village of Kiptangwanyi with few dairy farmers yet there is high demand for milk and its products, I chose Dairy Farming as the best option to feed my community and at the same time earn something good out of it. It took off well and till now that is what I do.
The business of dairy farming is profitable so to speak. It has persistence of income due to the demanding nature for its products by humans and especially where not most farmers have ventured into the same. However , its perishability nature calls for refridgeration facilities. Also, dairy farming becomes more of a loss than a profit when without a quick means of transport and enough manpower. I would love to have money to cater for expansion of my business in general, like what I have mentioned above and adding of more cattle with time. Zidisha lenders, I assure you to work extra harder when I get a loan from you.
I wish to use this loan to buy commercial livestock feeds for my livestock to improve their quality and the production. This will be good for the business as I will be able to supply more milk for my customers. I will also be able to supplement the feeds that I get from my land for my livestock. I will be able to serve more customers.
