My Business

My business is farming
My business is farming both livestock and crop growing. By conducting a market survey I decided to start the business of mixed farming after realize there is a ready market for this product, my business includes cattle farming, chicken rearing and vegetable, beans and maize. The businesses capture the highest percentage of the market share, also the business is expected to continuous to grow due to the ready market of the product. The business is located in a strategic position because the mean of transport is available and the climate is favorable .They is a lot of demand of the product such as milk, because the milk is taken by the Brookside company dairy, the cereal is taken by Kenya cereals boar at higher price and also so many people here rely on this variety.
Most of the farmer in the area have remain with indigenous cattle thus making me being the most of the few one who will produce much milk also i wanted to rent more land for more product. The business will be profitable because most of the feed a get from my farm. The risk facing the business is poor road during the rainy season which hinders the transportation of the milk and farm products. The goal of the business will be get profit, create employment and to satisfy the customer needs, the business fall under agriculture industry which has been growing very fast for past few years and it is expecting to have a bright future in term of modern farming. My goals about my business are expand from small farming to large scale farming. My typical monthly cost is khs 50000, sale revenue

Loan Proposal

I wish to use this loan to do the following in my mixed farming business.
Firstly, I would like to make silage from the available green matter that is in my farm at the moment. This will be used by cattle and will minimize the cost of buying feed for my dairy cattle. Secondly, I will grow more vegetables in my farm for sale in the market.
