About Me

My name are Francis Karago Waiganjo. I was born in 1951 in Nakuru District, Gilgil Division.
I was enrolled in class one in 1958 in Eburru Primary School where I did my K.P.E examination in 1965. After that I joined Koelel Secondary School in 1966. And thereafter I dropped when in form Two due to financial problems. In 1969 I joined a private workshop where I pursued a carpentry course and obtained {Grade 3}. In 1973 I moved in a village called Ebuuru, where I got my wife and married. Am a father of 11 children, Five girls and six boys. I have take care of then from that year till to date where only two of them are in primary school.

My Business

In 1970 I started working as a carpenter in various institutions and many constructions. By 1980 I ahd already invested 30,000/= which I used as my capital and I started farming as my business. Since then my business had many challenges which included climatic factors, Biotic factors and price. In 1994 I resumed back to my carpentry work where I was employed as a foreman. While I was in that job I also continued with my farming business which gave out a good return.
In 2007 I resigned my carpentry work and continued farming where I usually cultivate various crops which gives good return. Although the business had a big challenge which is lack of capital to expand and maintain the business. So my production decreased but in 2011 I got a loan from a certain institution {N.E.HI} worth 120,000/= on that season I expanded the acreage of land and I got a good profit and payed back my loan. I am now expect in to get another loan from you of 60,000/= so that I can expand my business and get optimum profit and pay back my loan.

Loan Proposal

I would be very thankful if you provide me with the loan i applied for. i wish to use the more in improving my business of farming. Thus buying fertilizer, good seeds and insecticides for my plants and also paying workers. The money will help me work well and later i will be able to pay it back well in time without any delay. Since the preparing of land is from this month onward, i hope i will use the money well for my own benefits.
