My Business

I stated doing business in 1994 where I was doing leather products e.g making leather jackets ,shoes, bags e.t.c until 2005
In the 2006 I thought of another business since shoe was longer promising and I got worried about the future. I turned to Schools, and the idea of supply of School Laboratory equipment, Chemicals and Reagents came into my mind. I started going to the nearby Secondary Schools, asking for tender, I used to leave my catalogue and by God grace I started getting good response from the nearby schools. The business pays well because I deal with receiving requisition from school Local Purchasing Order ( LPO).Schools normally pays through banks by the use of cheque as they get funds from the government. The business has an average of income of about 80,000 to a 100000 a month depending on the supply putting in mind that I pay my self at least 20,000 per month I pay office 6500 house rent of 6000 and other miscellaneous cost. I use my salary to cater for my family paying my monthly bills and of course I do help parent if need be.
The business is growing very fast because I started with two schools and I have grown to nine schools all in Nakuru County. The following are the schools where I supply the commodities.
1. Bahati Menengai View Secondary School.
2. Njoro Central Secondary School
3. Kenyatta Secondary School (Njoro)
4. Kapkembu Secondary School (Njoro Ndeffo)

Loan Proposal

I would like to expand my business come next year. I would like to do a lot of marketing and this will need money for transport and bill boards to advertise my business. I will also need to hire a person to market on certain areas while I go different direction. I will also need good stock because of the Form 1 intake come February and because of the new school that I will get. I kindly request a loan of about 100000 to start with.
Thank you in advance.
