About Me

I am single with five children who are all schooling. Ilive at Kiptangwanyi shopping centre which is about 42 km from Nakuru town. I operate a timber yard at the shopping centre. I live in my own piece of land which is plot number 72.

My Business

My business entails selling of timber and wood products. I supply timber for building and construction as well as timber for carpentry. There is very high demand for these products. The main challenges that this business encounter are transport problems and high cost of living.

Loan Proposal

I would like to expand my yard so as to accomodate large volumes of timber. I will also like to add stock in my business.

    Dear Lenders,
I have sent a text message to Serah, after which I will contact her again on Friday via call to find out whether she did post her repayment and what could have caused the delay. I will keep you posted.

    Regards,
    Paul

    Dear Lenders,
I managed to call Serah over the weekend to find out why she was late in her repayment. She told me that her daughter was admitted in school as a first year in Kenya Medical Training College in Meru.
Unfortunately her son also got an accident and this really affected her financially as the savings she had, she used to cater for the two wanting worthy courses.
She promised to start repaying as soon as possible and not later than January.

    Paul Kamande.

    Hi Serah,

Thank you for paying back your previous loan. I know how fickle having your own business can be and you have shown great character in completing your loan so promptly. Good luck! I wish you a successful and healthy new year.

    Dear Lenders,
I hereby do take this opportunity to repay all my outstanding repayment at once. My business has not been doing good but all is well now and it has stabilized. The months of November and December have been very good and I have made good returns. It is therefore that I have decided to get back and repay all the remaining balance at once.

    Hi Lenders,
I take this opportunity to know how you are doing. I received my loan well on time and have already expanded my business as I had planned. I have bought more timber and my timberyard is now well stocked. Today I was given a tender by a neighboring school to supply buiding and construction timber worth 100000ksh. With this I will be able to make a profit of 15000ksh. Thanks to Zidisha that am now able to buy large quantities of timber and now my timberyard is well stocked. May God bless Zidisha always.
    Serah Wanjiru, Kiptangwanyi.
