    Dear Lenders,

my name is Roberta Zenere I am coordinating the Zidisha's MPESA team, responsible for processing loan repayments and disbursements.

Today, while reviewing our accounts, I noticed that a loan repayment of 400 KES (4.89 USD) sent by Mr Muraya on January, 24 was not registered in his repayment schedule which has been updated accordingly.

Mr Muraya, we are sorry for this inconvenience and we wish you all the best with your business!

    Best regards,

    Roberta

    Dear David,
Thank you for your repayments. I hope your business has improved at least a bit as you are able to pay back. For us - lenders - it is important to know we have lent the money to a right person who is trying to pay back. Don´t bother you pay in smaller sums: the more often you pay the more I think about you (we get a message from Zidisha with every repayment) and wish you, your business and your family all the best!
