    Dear lenders,

I'd like to update you on our efforts to reach Ms. Kagunyi, who has been out of contact for the past month. I spoke with Ms. Kagunyi on April 30, but after that her phone seems to have been deactivated. Mr. Mwaura, the headmaster of a local secondary school and a Zidisha volunteer, visited Ms. Kagunyi's business location this weekend. The neighbors there told them that she has gone to South Sudan to pursue business opportunities.

We will maintain communication with Ms. Kagunyi's acquaintances in the community, such that we will be advised when she returns.

Please do not hesitate to contact me at any time with questions or comments concerning this loan.

    Regards,

    Julia Kurnia, Director Zidisha Inc.

when the rains came, the wild greens grew. these are used by the locals as vegetables. most people therefore stopped buying the kales and cabbages. my bussiness was therefore seriously affected by this turn of events. my stork would go bad before being sold. as such i was not able to pay the instalments for the loan that i had taken from zidisha. i decided to look for a job. it was had to come by but after a long search i got a job as a casual labourer in a flower farm nearby. we are paid poorly and only for those days which we work and yet we have to go for compulsory leaves quite often. iam therefore requesting for my loan to be able reschedulded so that i can be able to pay on time.
