About Me

I live in Kiptangwanyi shopping center which is about 45 kilometers from Nakuru town. I live in plot number 84, house number 1. I am and living at the shopping center where I also do operate my business. I finished school where I sat for my secondary school certificate at Muriricua Secondary School in the year 2008. I then started working as casual laborer in the local farm s before starting a small business at the shopping center. I started a kiosk at 2010 at the shopping center which has grown into a retail shop. This is where we obtain our basic needs and that of my family. I pay school fees for my one brother and one sister. I also rely on this retail shop for most of my personal expenses. I have also integrated my retail shop with a green grocery where I sell vegetables and green food at the shop. This is a good business and I usually do it with the whole of heart. I intend to improve the status of my business from the loan that I will get from Zidisha organization. During the last three years the area has had a very good production in the agricultural sector,
This had very positive opportunities especially in the sector of vegetables as most business in the area usually relies on the farms.

My Business

I live in Kiptangwanyi shopping center which is about 45 kilometers from Nakuru town plot number 84, house number 1. I am a renowned businessman at the shopping center where I also do operate my business. This is a business that I love and most people in this area are my customers. I treat my customers with very high customers a virtue that has earned me a lot of credit and thus I have most of them preferring to buy commodities from my business premises.I started a kiosk at 2010 at the shopping center which has grown into a retail shop.. This year the business has been very ok and the shop has grown well. The main challenges that this business encounter are lack of enough funds to expand the business, drought and poor roads that affect the transport industry. We are grateful that the restoration of Mau forest has changed the productivity of these area and we are now having at least some food from the farms and this is good for the business. During the last three years the area has had a very good production in the agricultural sector.

Loan Proposal

I would like to use my loan to expand the room in which I am operating my business in. I would like to make the shelves of the shop better in order to accomodate more items and also to attract more customers in my shop through attractive displaying of the commodities that I sell in my business. This will boost my business alot.
