In most of my transction i use the Mpesa to send money. one of my customer was sending me money which was to be used in my business and while he was sending he made a mistake and sent the money to the wrong person. the person was very quick to withdraw the amount. up to now I have not recovered the amount. so I would request to be around a grace period of at least one month to be able to recover the amount and go back to the track without any problem.Thank you in advance.

I planted tomatoes and cabbages and due to the heavy rains they could not do well as I expected and so I got a loss instead of profit. this means I will have to work hard to recover the lost amount.I am now requesting the that i may be allowed to be paying lesser amount than the expect amount of 4,758 which I am finding it hard to raise during this time of crises. with time I hope everything will be okay and I will be able to be paying the expected amount. Thanks in advance.
