About Me

I have a diploma in business administration which i did complete an year ago from a Technical college within.Am running a hotel in the area and its peaking as i did start it like 3 months ago.The reason why i started the business was to earn myself a better living and still to school my little brother through high school.Currently am buying building material eg iron sheets, tiles etc as i wish to bring up a home and also i buy food stuffs for the business to keep it rolling, these include beans, maize, flours etc.

My Business

I have three sources which i will use to repay the loan namely,iam recently employed in a financial institution (Dubai bank Kenya limited), my tea bushes where i get monthly pay which is guaranteed.Those stems are located in Kirinyaga county where i originate.Also i will channel some of my profit from the business to repay the loan so as to make sure i don't default any monthly payments.The business being a hotel i concentrate with food stuffs only.Challenges i usually face is poor structure though am working on it. Monthly i record a profit averaging from 10-15 thousand. I am currently engaged in rice irrigation

Loan Proposal

Iam currently operating an hotel which i did start like 5 months ago. Its peaking as am able to pay the rent with no struggle and also pay one employee whom we work together.I wish to buy stock in advance now that we are almost December when commodities do increase in prizes.Am planning in purchasing commodities like beans,peas, maize and wheat flours which i use most.The remaining amount will increase my utensils and also rep;acing with modern ones.
