About Me

Am a resident of Rongai district,rongai location,Kapkwen sublocation,Tuiyotich village.
I am a self employed young married man, with a kid.am engaged in a poshomill business.
Educationally,am a form leaver and didn't further my studies due to financial constraints, and that is the reason I opted to join the business world of business.
I started the business back in the year 2009,the business though challenging, it pays of.I spend the earnings from the business to sustain my household needs, cater for operational expenses and save the remainder.

My Business

My poshomill business is located in a strategic place and there is no any other poshomill in the village. Many of my Customers are really satisfied with the quality of services I offer though limited by financial constraints.During the harvest season, the business is usually at its peak and profit is usually high, enabling me to save.
Currently I incur no rental charges since I own the premises. The expenses I in incur is due to fuel and machine maintenance .
If given the loan,I will use the loan to stock some sacks of maize which I will later sell back to my customers when they have ran out of stock.

Loan Proposal

If given the loan,I will use the loan to stock some sacks of maize grain which I will later sell back to my customers when they have ran out of stock, and in return,I will make some profit through the sales of the grains and also through milling of the grains. This will also boost total monthly income, especially those off peak months, where monthly sales is usually low due shortages of maize grain, attributed to seasonal fluctuations.

    While I
    was creating my loan
    application,I intended to be
repaying on monthly basis but currently it's on weekly basis, may be a mistake occured while I was creating my profile.it is for this reason that I seek to reschedule my loan repayment to an amount that I can afford on weekly basis.I wish to apologise to all my lenders and I hope they will bear with me.I highly regret the inconvenience this might have caused.

I would wish to apologize to all my lenders for the delayed repayment. While I was creating my loan application,I intended to be repaying on monthly basis and not on weekly basis as it is at the moment.Am currently working on the problem and hopefully it will be sorted as quick as possible.I have never delayed in my loan repayment and I have always wished to maintain a good record, I therefore apologize for the inconvenience.

    Dear Mr. Kwemoi,

Congratulations on receiving full funding. I hope you will find good quality bags of maize. Is a poshomill a mill for just maize or all flours? I am sorry I do not know your country well. But I am enjoying learning more from the zidisha borrowers.
My city is called the Flour City because we are on a big river with many waterfalls and in a good place for transportation. There used to be so many mills, but now they are all gone. Now we are the flower city.

Best wishes for health, continued success and prosperity, Ann (namaste250)
