About Me

am the first born in a family of five, i have three sisters and a broher . the brother is in form four and one of the sister is in form three, the rest are in primary school. our family is situated in chonyi division of kilifi county in kenya.i completed form four the year 2009 .then i joined kukutana cafe in mtwapa where i served as a cashier, in 2013 june i opened my botique in mtwapa where i operate upto now. i started the business after my best friend advised me on how profitable it isand i also considered the benefifits of being self employed. i mainly purchase ladies clothing and the brand ones not second hand. the earnings from my business are used to improve the stock level and paying rental expenses and some i help my parents paying school fees, as they are primery school teachers and i have to help them as their earning is low.

My Business

the main source of paying my loan is from my business as its the only source of income i depend on.mtwapa is a tourist atraction town and most people prefere the morden way of dressing hence making the demand of my products very high.most of my competitors buy the local materials from kenya but for my case i mix with some clothes from tanzania which have a great demand in mtwapa thus how i over come my competetors . no much risk apart from theft as i deal with durable goods. monthly income isksh 55000/=, rental expenses are ksh.15000/= other expenses are ksh.7000/= profit is aroundksh 15000/=

Loan Proposal

hi to all lenders, am gratefully to join this site and this is how i will use my first loan. first, i will use ksh.1000/= to do the branding of my shop as the initial branding are fading out,i.e the name and the products i offer to be in the front wall in the entrance of my shop. secondly, i will use ksh.500/= to purchase cloth hungers to replace the broken ones and add on their numbers. the remaining amount i.e ksh.1700/= will be added to some cash i have to buy new stock. thanks as you intend to support me
