About Me
Am David Muthini Mutiso and aged 47 years. We are a family of 6.My both parents are late. I am the first born in the family and I take care of our young 5 siblings. I come from Machakos county. I am married and blessed with 3 Children. Our life is very challenging because of the support to be given to our nuclear family and the extended families. I work as a Pastor and also sell health products. I came to think about business because the salary is not enough with the many problems of school fees etc. I started selling 4life Health products, the website is www.4life.com. The profit I get I use part of it for our needs and the rest goes back to the business. This has kept us going up to now.
My Business
I sell 4life health products because they are supplements and they are in high demand. I started the business with Kshs. 20,000.00 ($215) – 25,000.00 ($263).
I get variety of the products when I pay the above amount .
I get profit of about 50% which helps us in our daily expenses and also reinvest in the business. After selling the 1st lot I reinvested the money and bought more products. .
Loan Proposal
Once I get the loan I intent to use and bring in more stock and also start selling beauty products. This is because I have not yet been able to supply all the varieties of the 4life health products thus not yet met the high demand.. The place has many residential houses so the market is good. I plan to rent a shop and employ an attendant to assist in sales. When I buy variety of health and beauty products I will manage to save from the profit. As there are so many poor people in our country I will introduce them to Zidisha so that they also get loans and create employment.
Loan Proposal
I intend to increase my stock.I started with health products stock amounting to 215 dollars.After the first loan i was able to add beauty products.The stock is now 280 dollars.Ineed to increase it to above 300 dollars.My profit will be above 100 dollars .I will also be able to reach more customers for the products are in high demand.I also will fulfil my dream of renting a better place and employ a shop attentant.I will also start to mentor other small scale business owners and introduce them to zidisha.
