About Me

My name is Marcel Okeoma and I was born in Nigeria in 1987. I got married in Bobo Dioulasso, Burkina Faso and am the father of a one-and-a-half year-old son. I went to school in Nigeria until 4th grade. I speak English and French well and trained as a salesperson of engine parts for eight years. I have been selling motorcycle parts since 2008 in order to have a profitable business and pay my family’s expenses. A loan from Zidisha would help support me in my motorcycle parts business.

My Business

My business is in the sale of parts for 2-wheeled vehicles. I personally travel to Ouaga, Mali, and Nigeria to pay for the vehicle parts and to acquire stock for my store to sell to clients. In one month, I can sell close to 600,000 CFA francs in vehicle parts. The profits from my business in vehicle parts allows me to meet my family's needs such as food, medicine in case of illness, clothing, etc.

Loan Proposal

My company works in the sale of spare parts for two-wheeled vehicles only. I personally moves in Ouagadougou, Mali, Nigeria to pay for parts and go store to sell in my store with my customers. In a month I make a sale of nearly six one hundred thousand CFA (600000FCFA) .The gains of my trade of spare parts allow me to meet the expenses of my family such as food, health care for illness , clothing and schooling etc. Other expenses also are related to this trade that I can mention among others the cost of electricity (approximately 15,000 CFA francs), water (about 3,500 CFA francs) and the rental of my room which cost me 25,000 francs CFA. I recruited a person who assists me in this spot whose remuneration is 40,000 CFA francs. View the benefits arising from this trade, I am more than satisfied with the achievements that I have made the present day as a motorcycle pay 475,000 francs, and that allows me to make the connection, also pay for training in hairdressing my wife and I get to make savings. The previous loan was a very great contribution in realizing these achievements. I thank the staff of Zidisha and any lenders who trust me to accept during the loan period to always continue this momentum for I will make every effort to not disappoint anyone. Always in search of strengthening my ability I beg you dear lenders funded my project in the amount of 370,000 CFA francs. Thank you.
