About Me

I`m Joel Kandie, yet to marry.I come from a family of 7 children.I`m horticulturalist by profession having pursued a barchelors degree course in horticulture. Currently I`m employed with Hangzhou Agrochemical Industries East Africa LTD. I want to expand my part time investment which I started by constructing a greenhouse in my area then later started an agrovet shop for selling farm inputs and agrochemicals. I like working with charitable organizations in my community. I also like reading inspirational books like ``Understanding your potential by the late Dr. Myles Munroe`` that help uplift my motivational norm. I would like to be an employer in the future and help create employment opportunities to both graduates and non graduates.
Currently part time business builder.

My Business

It is now more than two years since I started my Agrovet shop where I sell various agricultural farm Inputs and equipment and I am glad that it is running well.I have increased the quantity of the products I sell because of huge demand as more youths have ventured to farming thus embracing agribusiness.
Due to the fact that many youth have embraced farming I am seeking funding to buy a more stock to meet with high demand for farm inputs.By providing steady supply of Farm inputs to farmers, I will have created confidence with them enabling me have an advantage over my competitors. My vision is to empower many jobless youth to embrace farming hence eradicating poverty.
.I project the net profit to rise by approximately 20% after the stock increase which I will reinvest in growing the business.
Kindly support futuristic dream.

Loan Proposal

I am planning to buy more agricultural products such as farm tools and equipment, agrochemicals, fertilizers, hybrid seeds, vetinary drugs and animal feeds.
I will invest $220 in purchasing more advanced farm tools and equipment,$190 on more effective agrochemicals and hybrid seeds,$170 on vetinary drugs and animal feeds and finally use $70 in buying foliar fertilizers.
By increasing the stock in my Agrovet,I will have created one more employment opportunity because somebody will be needed to man the Agrovet. It will benefit my community in that it will help local farmers who travel for more than 45km away to buy the same products.I will also commit my time to offer after sale services like farmers trainings, farm visits, farm demonstrations and follow ups.As I am professional in the field of agriculture I will have advantage over my competitors because I will organize farmers seminars and workshops to train farmers on better methods of farming hence improving their living standards through agriculture because agriculture is the main economic activity in this area.
Therefore,my projection of return is approximately $150 and more as the business grows.I look forward to make it increase monthly by improving my services and sustaining existing customers.
