About Me

I studied computer science in Koforidua Polytechnic and have the goal of setting up own I.T firm. Am good in computer hardware , networking and website designing. Am a young man 24 years old and in other to achieve my goal have started as a hardware technician to raise little funds. Growing as a young boy wasn't easy for me and my other three siblings. My parents helped all a lot in giving at least the basic education required in our country. I have the interest of solving problem and working with computers both online and offline. And that is why I chose this profession.

My Business

Basically my business has got to do with servicing and repairing of Information Communication(I.T) devices mainly laptop computers and desktop computers. Occasionally I get the contract to create website for micro businesses, in such condition I invite other colleagues to build it. Currently I have 2 micro-finance institutions that I service their computers. Averagely I can raise about $230 as income every month. Most of the income generated is used to buy and maintain other I. T tools use for the work. Because computers are used in almost every institution nowadays such technical skill that I posses is relevant and very useful. If am able to raise enough income , I want to expand my shop and start with the selling of laptops , mobile phones, tablet computers and accessories.
Recently together with learning of graphic designing, a friend has introduce me into pineapple farming which I have redirect some few funds to that area about 3 months ago.

Loan Proposal

I currently made small investment in pineapple farm and I will need some money to purchase fertilizer, herbicide, calcium carbide and labor cost until harvest. The small farm is about 405square metre of 2 months old suckers. There is a little over 2000suckers on the land. Which I will need 3more cycles of fertilizer application and 2 herbicide application until forcing is due.
Based on the current price of 50kg of N.P.K and Urea fertilizer in Ghana I will need about $140 to purchase the fertilizer and $30 to purchase the herbicide for the application until forcing. Calcium carbide for forcing is also expected to cost some $7. This makes a total of $177.
After successful applications the fruit is expected to harvest around September October 2018, which I intend to raise between $300 and $400 as profit.
I will be very glad if this loan is funded to enable me purchase the mentioned inputs on time. Thank you.

My yield after my pineapple was quite okay, enough to repay all expenses throughout the life cycle but had little income less as than expected because it didn't meet good market price.

Hello to all I had a poor harvest, my farm was hit by drought so couldn't get good sizes for good prizes, had little sun burns on the fruit due to heavy sunshine. I was able to sell to get my invested capital though didn't get income as expected.
But all thanks to my lenders for making this successful with their monetary support. Really appreciate

With the accessing and receiving of my previous loan I was able to purchase a good system unit which now I am able to run corel draw on it for my basic graphic designing. Occasionaly I get to design wedding invitations and program, bussiness card and many other designings this has giving me additional income though not much. I have been able to rent an acre of land for my pinneapple farm recently introduced into.

I started learning graphic design about two months and have made small income by designing some wedding programs and invitation cards. I deem it prudent to channel it offset my current loan with zidisha.
