I live in kiptangwanyi shopping center which is approximately 45km from Nakuru town. Nakuru town is our nearest major town within this area. I am married with two children who are all school. I live in my own plot at the shopping center where I carry out my business. I live in plot number 87with my family. My business entails the service of welding and metal work at the shopping centre. With the place having electricity the business is good and I have a lot of customers from the shopping center and also within the environment.
My business entails the service of welding. I offer this service at the shopping centre . I weld all sort of metallic equipments. I also make ready made items such as doors, windows and metallic gates. The main challenges that this business encounters are lack of finance to expand the business and fluctuating prices of fuel which adversely affects the whole of transport industry and this in return affects the energy industry which provides us with electricity.
Thank you lenders,
I take this opportunity to thank you all for your continued support. I have seen my business grow since I joined Zidisha. I have been able to expand my business as well as educating my two daughters who are in the university using the increased income from the business. I wish to use this loan that I will get to introduce farming machinery in my business. This will include making locally made chaff cutters, poshomills and maize threshers. These machinery will cost about 1000US dollars. I have savings of about 600US dollars and hopefully if my loan of about 500US dollars is funded soon, I will be able to introduce this machinery anytime. I am hoping my to increase my income with these new developments. Thanks.
