Of late, Rutto phone is off. It has been a challenge since his phone is temporarily out of service. I could not contact his referees since he did not provide any contacts of a referee. I will however keep on locating him because I am certain I will eventually be able to reach him.

Dear Lenders, i have been trying to reach Rutto but it seems his phone has mechanical problem because i cant hear him well. i texed him about his loan arrears but i am yet to receive his response.
